I feel like I'm a grown up for the 1st time in my life

You may already know this... but we bought a new home! We've been looking for the past year or so, but things finally picked up when both of our condos sold in the same month. We were debating between a duplex and a single family home and in the end, we found a single family home that should work out great. I'm most excited about the digital studio that I will build out from scratch. Here are some pictures of the new home...
